High quality impregnating liquids for expanding your product range at minimal cost - will save you time and money in research and testing
Our fluids are used to impregnate disposable nonwoven materials in order to give these
materials the ability to clean. What they clean may be parts of the human body or surfaces either in the house, factory or car. Examples of where are products are used are as follows:
- Personal care products: baby wipes, hand sanitizers, make-up removal wipes, intimate care wipes, adult incontinence cleaners.
- Household care products: multi-purpose household cleaners, floor wipes, upholstery cleaners, window cleaners, kitchen and bathroom cleaners.
- Automobile care products: windscreen wipes, dashboard wipes, tyres, bodywork, upholstery.
- Industrial care products: hospital disinfectant wipes, food processing wipes.
Please note that all these different uses require different formulations of impregnating fluid. One fluid does not work for all applications. For example, you can’t use an alcohol-based window cleaner on a baby’s bottom. Precise formulation for the task required is vital in this industry. Quality control is therefore also vital.
Fluids contain water, a cleaning agent, an emollient (in personal care products), a fragrance and a preservative to kill the bacteria both in the fluid and in the wipes.
